I am having a terrible time installing my printer now
that my computer has XP on it. It it states driver not
signed. I tried Hp advice changing properties in my
computer but have no idea how to chage settings in the
BIOS.

The printer was one of the last things I connected to XP and the new
computer. Go to HP's website to get the drivers/software for the printer,
and follow their instructions for installing in XP. I believe the key that
they point out is that you want to install the drivers with the printer not
connected to the computer. Then after the software has been installed,
there will be a moment where they want you to plug the printer's USB cable
to the computer. This is the way it was with my G85 and I remember there
was something similar to this when hooking up my 1000 to the 98SE machine
when I first got it.
