There are too many sites on my system tray when I sign on
to the Internet. How do I remove the unnecessary
programs?

Start/Run. type in msconfig and hit Enter. Go to the Startup tab and uncheck it. Give that a try. I'm not sure if there is an option within Outlook for this but I don't think so.

Startup folder Make sure that a shortcut for the program isn't in the StartUp
folder (Start | All Programs | Startup). If a shortcut for the program is there,
delete it. (Choose Start | All Programs | Startup, right-click the item for the
program, and choose Delete from the menu that appears, or drag the program item
out of the folder.)
