My new PC Keep Beeping

When I do normal stuff it does not beep but when I play
game or render scene in max it start beeping, it's a P4
2.4Ghz just got it last week I have GF4 and 1ghz of
ram ...
any help would be appreciated

Do you have adequate CPU cooling and/or is the CPU temperature warning
setting in the BIOS too low?
