this really depends upon the program used to burn the Movie to the DVD
If you used a UDF program like INCD which treats the DVD like any other HD
erasing comes easy.
If you used a specific DVD burning program it most likely treated the DVD like a
DVD-R and you need to look into that program for its erase feature.
