repair or reinstall?????

Not knowing why you want to do this, I can not give a
definite answer about repair or install. What I can tell
you is Microsoft goes by a point system when re-
activating. In you last atempt you said you replaced
motherboard and several other components. If that include
some main components, most likly you were over the limit
(7 points or more) I believe, that is why you had so much
trouble convincing them it was a re-install. With the
problem you have now, if it is just a matter of
reinstalling XP with same components installed,you will
not have a problem reinstalling.
