Hey peopl!

On my Windows XP, I have 4 driver!
Driver C: D: F: & H:
now I change my OS back to Windows 98 SE, I only have
driver C & my cd-rom drive: H:
My other two drivers are not there any more. How do I get
it back?

I think you're referring to drives, rather than drivers.

When you installed XP, my guess is that you converted all hard drives to the
NTFS file system. Windows9x cannot 'see' the NTFS file system, only FAT32.
So now you have two choices, you use a third party software to convert them
back, like BootItNG or Partition Magic, or you format them in FAT32, which
will involve losing all data on the drives.
