Pop-up message when opening IE on XP

When I open IE on my XP machine it pulls up a "Run As" message, wanting me
to select the profile I want to use while on IE, anyone know where the menu
is to shut this of?

If you are using the quicklaunch bar or a shortcut to load internet
explorer, right click on the shortcut and select properties.

Click advanced on the shortcut tab and remove the tick next to 'run with
different credentials'

Click ok, apply, ok.
