screen rolling

I am running xp and have a problem where my sceen keeps
moving up and down by itself,as if I were scrolling up or
down this is very irratating,can you help please?

If you have a Wheel Mouse, there may be a problem with it sending the wheel
motion. Try a different mouse and see if this corrects the issue.
