USB quit working?

Everything was working fine and then I placed passwords
on 2 other user accounts on the system. Now when I
restart the computer my USB devices do not load up.
After unpluging and re pluging them in they respond
normally, however when the system is restarted again I
have to do the process over again. Any help would be
appreciated and I have listed system info below.
