Windows XP sometimes starts very slow. I had to wait 1minute in the welcome screen and i dont know why.

We don't know why either but we can guess. You could have a
weak power supply and a bunch of hard drives need to
spin-up, you could have a virus or Trojan loading before
Windows finishes booting, you could have a lot of processes
running, you could have a badly fragmented drive. You could
have errors in the registry, too.
