Using Access2000 with WindowsXP we want to print invoices on fan-fold
multipart stationary 12" wide and 8.5" deep.

We have attempted this via the following steps.

1/ Go to control panel and select "Printers & Faxes."

2/ On this screen select File and then "Server Properties".

3/. Tick the "Create New Form" box and add the dimensions 12" wide, 8.5"
deep.

4/. On the same "Printer & Faxes" screen select the relevant printer (Epsom
LQ2500) then click "Printer" and then "Properties".

5/. Click "Printing Preferences" and select 'Landscape' and then press
"Advanced."

6/. From the "Paper Size" drop-down box select fanfold 8.5" x 12" then click
apply & OK.

7/. Now go to Access2000 and the relevant invoice report.

8/. On "Page Setup" select landscape and the "Specific Printer."

Yet after all these steps the actual printing is 90 degrees to the paper
orientation! Can anybody help.? Regards Frank.

Do all that and in the printer setup, select landscape (if
it is already selected...deselect it).
