HP 315 Camera

When I try to download pictures from HP 315 using built-in
XP Wizard I get message "The camera does not contain any
files." Downloads fine in ME but not on my XP machine.

Solutions?

Make you sure you have the latest drivers installed.

No drivers are supposed to be required as Windows XP is
supposed ot have built-in download software for the HP315
camera. I do have the most current driver for the camera
itself. Thanks.
