I was using OL Express to send information to my email and tried to send words that were too big in size. It is hung up in OL and I dont know how to delete it. I tried deleting outlook completely and re downloading at microsoft but it scans and sees that I
already have it. any ideas on how to get this jammed info out of outlook?

Huh? Do you mean "Attachments"? You can send an email with the longest word
in English (antidisestablishmentarianism) and it won't hang up OE!

Start OE, (let it start trying to send), go Options / General and
uncheck the box that says "Send & Receive Messages at Startup".
Then restart your computer, Start OE, open your Outbox, delete the
messages.
