Pci to Agp controller issue

Ive got that feared yellow exclamation point on my Ali
Pci to AGP controller in system hardware and my agp port
in windows = caput ...
what im runnin hardware wise:
Asus A7A 266 Ali Magic Chipset 5pci 1agp4x 1amr 3xSdram
2xddram slots

have 256mbddram, nVidia Geforce4 Ti 4200 agp
cpu = amd athlon xp +2100 @ 1766.8MHz

what in the heck am i to do ? ne help would b appreciated

Click on troubleshoot (on the page with the device with ! to what the problem is reported as. My usual solution to all problems is to delete the item (s) and reboot, plug and play usually discovers the "new" hardware and installs the correct drivers.
