Two front USB ports don't work

On my Dell Dimension 8250 the front two USB ports don't
work. This problem seemed to happened after I tried to
use PCsysnc that ony support USB Type I. I cannot get
these two USB ports or work and I cannot deinstall
PCsync. Any ideas?

What's the deal with uninstalling PCSync? Did you try reinstalling it and
then uninstalling it?
