Does anyone know how to download driver to update scanner
from Windows 98/ME?

Go to the Umax website and look for XP drivers for your
model. If there aren't any, buy a nice new scanner, they're
cheap now.
And better than ever.

Apparently there are drivers for XP on the umax website but you can only
order them on a cd, and they charge you for them. Do a google search. I
spent almost a full hour trying to find drivers for a umax scanner for a
friend. Back up your system because some of the drivers you'll find just
don't work. Personally, I'd buy a new scanner...and stick with a company
that offers better support for their products.
