XP, KVM and Scroll Wheel

I have a problem with a desktop running XP Pro and a
laptop running XP Home. Both are connected to a Belkin KVM
switch, along with a couple of other systems. After
switching away from either XP system, when I switch back,
the scroll wheel on my Logitech Optical Wireless mouse
does not work. If I reboot, the scroll wheel comes back.
This doesn't happen with either of the two Win 2k systems.

I'd appreciate any suggestions. I'm getting tired of
rebooting.
