I have Microsoft Word under my name on XP, but my wife
does not. Is there a way she can get it under her name
with out downloading it again on the same computer?
Thanking you in advance.

Try reinstalling it from the other profile. You can install on top of
the existing files, so that no additional disk space is needed.

Might try this first, has worked on other machines.
Start Windows Explorer. Open Documents and Settings folder. You should see
folders for your wife and yourself. Open your folder. Open Start Menu
folder then Programs folder. Under programs folder you should find
references to Microsoft Office or Microsoft Word. Drag and drop that folder
into the Programs folder under the Start Menu under the All Users folder
under Documents and Settings.
The program should then be available to all users of the system.
