I have windows XP, plus all the updates that I have been
alerted to, about 3 weeks ago the mouse froze/hung and I
couldnt do a thing, usually right in the middle of
something, pressing sleep on the keyboard worked for a
while, then that stopped.
Mesh advised me to re-install windows xp giving me all
the bits and leading me through it, while it has got
better, it still isnt right, I installed some programs
including various updates including windows media player

The mouse has frozen on me a few times. I have restored
it to a previous date prior to the windows media player &
although it has improved it the mouse is still
unpredictable, jerky, slow, and at times erratic as if it
is having a fit.
I have been through the knowledge base and cannot get
anything on it so I am hoping someone here can help.
