View Full Version : MS Fax

Problem Description: We use MS Fax for all our Faxing, in
& out. We have noticed that Sent items have an incorrect
date format in the header, ie. mm/dd/yyyy when our Fax
Set-Up is set at dd/mm/yyyy, the date format being
correct in the Fax message/ Fax Cover Page itself. We
also notice that the outgoing Fax number is also missing
from the header. We are using Microsoft Office Document
Imaging to access our Faxes.
Cannot find anything in the Help files to amend this
information.
Have checked that format is correct in Word but can find
no Help related subjects

Couple of clarifications needed:
1) Did you set the date format via the regional options?
2) By header you are referring to the list view in the Fax Console?
3) Assume you are using Fax on XP?

I am having the same problem. I want the date that appears where the TSID is to be in the format dd/mm/yyyy but it comes out as mm/dd/yyyy. So to answer your questions:
1. Set to my region (GMT+10)
2. No, where the TSID is located on the fax.
3. Yes.
