HELP.... I have a very small business providing drafting and I recently had to upgrade to Win XP because Win 98 is no-longer supported by MicroSoft. When I upgraded, my HP350C Plotter no-longer prints, it gives a try but ends only in a print error. I re-lo
aded Win 98 and everthing prints OK. I've swapped drivers, changed bios settings, altered LPT Port settings. I've attempted to print dirctly to port via dos. I can get no response while Win XP is loaded. Has anyone got a solution for this problem. I'm star
ting to lose faith that newer is better.

In XP... go into the Device Manager and look under Ports (Com and LPT).
Doubleclick on the LPT port.

Under Port Settings is the "Enable Legacy Plug and Play Detection" ENABLED?
