View Full Version : Creating a new user account

I have Win-xp on three computers and have not had this
problem with the other two. I create a new user account
and win xp completely ignores it as if it does not
exist. To check that I modified my current user account
by going in and changing the name and picture. Win-xp
completely ignored those actions as if they had not been
performed. What could possibly cause this and how can I
fix it? I haven't messed with XP in any way, just
installed my programs and it has been working fine
otherwise. I haven't had other problems.

What do you mean by Ignore. Does the new accounts appear on the Login
screen to select and login with them. Profile directories are not
created until you login at least once with them.
