On my Windows Xp Pro users machines they are getting a
blue screen at shutdown. At first I thought that it was
just the upgrade installs that I had done from Win 98SE
to WinXp Pro but one by one different users are
experiencing the same problem, not just the upgrades. The
PC's are running fine, just getting blue screen and mini
dump error. One thing, I have Panda Antivirus installed
on the machine when I disable the Panda client the blue
screen goes away. I contacted Panda but they gave me no
resolution to the problem. Thanks for the help in advance.

You already got your answer: "when I disable the Panda client the blue
screen goes away". Cause and effect. There is obviously something
conflicting with the Panda software, or the Panda client isn't
gracefully exiting. It would have been more helpful to know the text of
the Stop Error on the blue screen; however, you should contact Panda
again since the issue is with their software.
