I have just created a small Win XP network. I have
HP1300 printers that are installed on various XP Pro
workstations. They are shared and I can add them to the
other workstations by creating a new printer. When
another user logs onto a workstation, the printer isn't
installed for them.
I want the printer installed on the computer, not just on
the user's profile. How can I make sure that each user
can print to a printer without having to install the
printer when each user logs on?
