Sorry, I've already done this, and i tried what they told
me to do but nothing has changed after those modifcations
it is a microsoft wireless optical mouse blue

OK, you appear to have done what I suggested. I have one of these mice, and
it seems to work well except one time when the power supply to my USB hub
got interrupted and the hub was trying to support 3 devices on just the
small amount of power available from the USB itself.

You would know if you had a problem like that.

You also appear to have tried everything that the problem wizard suggests.

Have you recently installed any other hardware or software that could be
interfering with it? Just a wild guess, because I don't know what else to
suggest. Problems are usually:
- battery
- frequency reset.
