Microsoft Fax

We are using MS Fax on our Windows Server 2003. Our faxes
have started to send multiple times. I have seen it send
to a single number up to 12 times! Our users say that
they are not receiving any errors as they are sending via
Outlook 2003, but I am clueless and I cannot find much
information or support on this product.
Can someone help me with this issue, but I may have more
in the future, so can someone direct me to an
Administrator's Manual on Microsoft Fax that is on
Windows Server 2003 for network faxing? Any help would be
appreciated.
