XP-Home. 17 days installed. I am the Admin. Show all files and show all
system files is checked.
When I am in my user account and look at the Temporary Internet Files folder
in my user account folder there shows only one folder there: "Temporary
Internet Files" with no sub-folder: "Content.IE5" or the usual 4
sub-folders. Now, when I go to another user and look at my user folder all
the usual files are there: "Content.IE5" and the 4 sub-folders. IE works,
and there are files in the single folder after being online. Of course, I
can't delete the folder while still in my account. If I delete my user's
Temporary Internet Files folder from another user account windows will
create a brand new folder with 4 new sub-folders as long as I am in the
other users account, but in my user account there is still just the one
folder (just now empty).
Any ideas of what is going on and how to correct it?

Some history: I cleaned out my Temporary Internet Files from "Disk Cleanup"
previously by "viewing files" and then selecting each folder and deleting
all of the files inside it one folder at a time as suggested on another
newsgroup. This worked to remove all but index.dat which remained. There
were still 4 sub-folders immediately after this procedure, so I don't know
if it is relevant.
