this is my first home-computer. i have always writeen in word documents. i am so confused by WordPad and NotePad. I need Spell Check and a Thesuarus. I can't find them anywhere! I'm so lost. Thank you

Windows includes two basic word processing programs: Notepad and WordPad.
Each provides basic text editing capability, but you may have tasks that are
better suited for a full-featured word processing application.

You need to consider purchasing and installing Microsoft Word.
