Lucent win modem

I down loded and installed update driver, for lucent
moden. Now I am having trouble connecting to internet.
Only after trying many thing[restore,rebote,makeing new
connection ect... What's wrong?

Did you download the generic driver from the Agere Website or did you
download the driver for your specific modem? If it was the generic driver,
your modem manufacturer might have customized the modem and you should get
the driver from the manufacturer's Website.
