No audio device detected

HELP!!!! I upgraded from Windows 98 to Windows XP and it
is driving me crazy. I have literally spent hours trying
to restore sound. I have uninstalled the ES1869 Plug and
Play AudioDrive several times (followed troubleshooter in
windows) and when I restart, it detects new hardware but
it doesn't install it properly. HELP PLEASE!!

Hello

You are going to have to find the correct drivers for your soundcard
that support XP ok, so in the meantime do not install the drivers that
you
have go to there website and find Win XP drivers.
