View Full Version : COMPUTER SHUTTING DOWN FOR NO REASON

Hi...Some questions first;

Did this shutdown issue happen before the wireless NIC was
installed? Determine that before you assume something
wrong. Some computers are set up so that if the temp goes
too high, the system shuts down for its own protection.

Also, some laptops run fairly warm...but there's something
more problematic at work in your machine...

Check the machine by iteself...then try the card...the
old "divide and conquer approach".
