For some reason my CDROM has lost the "erase this CD" function. Do I
uninstall and reinstall the software or what? TIA

Nero Burning Rom 5 in a Memorex CD Burner that was working fine. I tried to
install a program (MS Works Suite 2002, Streets and Trips 2002, and I get an
error code 1324 Path Program Files Contains Invalid Character, and I went to
MS website and the error 1324 is related somehow to CDROM. I an open to
suggestions.
