drop-down and right-click menus

I am using XP home on a Pavillion 7955. I have three
accounts set up, two users and an administrator. When I
am logged in as the admin, all of the drop down and the
right click menus appear very faded to the point that they
are illegible. The other two accounts are not
experiencing this behavior.

Is there anything that I can do in regard to solving this
issue?

Hi
Try changing the color/font/size of the menu.
Right click on the desktop go to properties and click on the "Appearance"
tab.
