everytime I boot up XP, I get this annoying message that
says that a driver has been disabled because it could
cause XP to become unstable. I can't figure out what
driver it is and everytime I double click on the icon, it
takes me to the help and support section. The only driver
that says it's unsupported is my graphics card driver, but
it works perfectly fine. Is there some kind of glitch or a
patch to fix this problem?

Most likely it is a driver from an application thats installed on the
machine. I assume this is an upgrade as this is where this is most often
seen. open msconfig from a run line and look in the startup tab, you should
see the application there.
