These are the folks that oppose Spyware and swear no
personal information is gathered by Microsoft.
I sent email to Microsoft several times over the past six
months referring to Spyware bundled with Internet Explore
6 and Media Player. Each reply was a denial to such.
My latest reference returned this response from MS.

Microsoft product.
Yes, we do agree that the Alexa Spyware gets installed on
the Media Player and the Internet Explorer. However,
using Adware and Spyware removal programs, it is possible
to get rid of this Spyware.
I will certainly forward this matter to our development
team so that they may improve this by an update patch to
be released in the future or in the next version of the
product.

This site is for ideas on new or improved features and
