when i installed windows it gave the system drive the
letter of g. I have tried to change it to c: with no
avail. Has anyone done this

You can use disk management to rename drive letters EXCEPT the system
drive, so live with it. It is not the old thing where it has to be C:\
anyway don't sweat it.

U should go to ..Control Panel - Admin Tools - Computer Management, select
Disk
Management and look lower right for the icon of the drive. Right click it;
take Change drive letter
