downloaded movie from kazaa wont work

ive just downloaded the hulk from kazaa, it says its an
avi file, it starts playing but then stops after about 5
seconds. ive downloaded movies from there before and they
all work, my windows media is set to play avi files: is
the file corrupt or would any patch make it work?

It's extension is avi or any other it' s no difference but the video itself can be compressed using codec that is not on your computer. So u must click->file properties and find out it's video codec and then download the codec from internet.
