Wont print / for other user accounts

Driver wont allow print option for cannon multipass, for
other usre accounts without having admin rights under
setup. Also cant switch between users even with Admin
rights and use the printer. Users are required to
completely logoff of each user ,and requiring user
accounts to log on seperate, and then it works, again
only with admin rights. Cannon states its a XP issue.
