Remove or Disable the Auto-hide in the taskbar properties (URGENT)

Hi

Does anyone know how to disable or remove the Auto-hide the taskbar
setting. I want the Taskbar to be always visible and for it to be
impossible to hide it. I feel sure it's a registry tweak but am unable
to find any info!!!!

I think what he's getting at is to remove that setting
from that menu altogether.
