My WO mouse no longer works. It is less than 7 months
old but when I try to get help direct from Microsoft,
after entering the Product ID, it tells me that the PID
has expired?? So presumably the support period is less
than 7 months.
I have un-installed and re-installed the software several
times and changed the batteries at least 3 times but the
product is as dead as a dodo. Any ideas?

Method 4: Switch to a Different Channel
1.. Press the mouse button on the top of the base unit.
2.. Press the Connect Channel button on the bottom of the mouse.
3.. Test the mouse.
