I have winXP on a Dell GX400 (for some time now), and in the past few
weeks, my mouse will freeze for a couple of seconds, the start again,
except now in a slow pointer mode. After a while (2-15 minutes), it
freezes again for a couple of seconds, then returns to fast pointer
speed. I have uninstalled and reinstalled all mouse software. Same
results. Any ideas, anyone?
