Hi, I have been running my machine with Windows XP Home
for almost a year now with 2 hard discs, with Windows on
my main C drive. For no reason (and my machine def shut
down okay) upon my next boot up I am getting the message
NTLDR IS MISSING....please press CTRL&Alt&Del to restart
I have checked the help section and this can happen upon
upgrading from a lower version of windows but this was not
the case with me. As a result I cannot boot my system and
basically need HELP! Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Hi Jason,
Had this problem once a long time ago with a win98 machine....
A floppy was inserted into the "a" drive, the floppy had been a boot disk
for an NT system in a previous life, and there were still some boot files
on it, ...
Check your "a" drive :-)
Dont think this is the answer, but when it happened to me it got our IT guys
going as NTLDR has nothing to do with 98....
Cheers

Go to this page: http://www.webopedia.com/TERM/N/NTLDR.html
It sounds like what you're looking for.
