I've looked around the website and can't seem to find
anything that tells me how I can get a replacement for the
XP Professional installation CD that my daughter stepped
on. Does anyone know which branch of this exhaustive
organization to contact?

If it was a retail license and you have proof of purchase:

If it was an OEM license, you should contact whomever sold you the
PC.
