There are a few companies which sell commercial software as well as
supply the software when you purchase a new drive.
Ahead at http://www.ahead.de/ sells ROM Burning Software.
New Tech Infosystems at http://www.ntius.com/ sells NTI CD-Maker
software.
Stomp, Inc. at http://www.stompinc.com/ makes RecordNow Max
software.

Their retail prices make it cheaper to buy a new drive to get the
software but it is usually locked to a specific drive.
