hard drive used space keeps increasing

the used space on my hard drive keeps increasing when i
am not adding anything to it i went on my computer last
night and the used space on my hard drive was 7GB after
about three hours the amount of used space increased to
about 14GB! any help would be greatly appreciated i
used norton to scan for viruses and none were found i
defragmented and no change when i turned on computer
this am used space was down to 7GB tonight the used
space is creeping up again any help would be appreciated!

What do you have installed? SQL, KaZaa, IIS?

Do a folder by folder size search to see where the fiels are building up.
