I am looking for a "auto reply" feature on my Outlook
express?????? Is it available? Is there a download of
some type available?

You have to create a rule.
Be aware that your machine will have to be on 27/7 with an internet
connection on 24/7 and Outlook Express running 24/7.
Also be aware, and this is the bummer, the rule will reply to ALL SPAM
you get, thus generating even more SPAM and so your ISP's mailbox will
fill up VERY quickly.
