Mouse click starts the system

Hey friends!

I have a problem with my mouse.My computer starts when i
right click my mouse.I dont know whats wrong.Please
advise me.I am a new computer user.

It isn't turned off, only in a sleep mode, press any key or
move the mouse turns it on.

Right click on the desktop ( a blank area of the screen) and
a menu will open, at the bottom, click properties. On the
next window, click the screensaver tab, then click power
options. advanced tab...make the changes you need to on that
page.
