Scan Disk for Win XP Pro

I know the "scan disk" is called something else under XP,
but I have forgotten just what - and how to access it. I
like to run it before the DeFrag. Thanks

In order to access Check Disk, open MY COMPUTER, right-click on your =
drive
and select Properties > Tools > Error-Checking > Check Now and place =
checkmarks
in one or both Check Disk Options, click START and then reboot your =
computer.
