I have a maxtor Diamond Max 16 250 GB hard Disk and
windows XP appear only 127 GB how i can fix this problem

The only drive size limitation is a function of your motherboard.
You need to determine how large a drive your motherboard is actually
capable of supporting without the use of a controller card. =
Additionally,
a drive that size must be formatted NTFS only and SP1 installed.
