Does anybody know of a keyboard shortcut to the Address Bar when its placed as a toolbar on the Windows Taskbar?
I'm looking for a shortcut, just like you can key Winkey+G to access the new Google Deskbar (which I highly recommend btw).
Brian.

-Ctrl+Esc to bring up start menu (or just the Win key)
-Esc to dismiss the start menu and move focus to taskbar
-Tab to move from toolbars, to taskbar button area to start menu and around
again
-Arrow keys to move within one of the "tab" locations
-This may be one of those times that a single click is more economical ;)

Thanks for the input - single click it is.
Seems like a situation where MS had a good idea and went three quarters to
completion but couldn't quite finish the job. And yes, I know that Winkey-R
for the Run dialogue box does much the same thing, but then why offer the
Address Bar?
Brian.

It was a big deal in its hay day; made its debut in the first Active
Desktop release. Adding any web content to the desktop at that time
(including a redundant address bar) was "in vogue."
Personally, I use Winkey+R.
